An Employer Group Term Life Plan can be offered with benefit levels based on employer criteria such as a multiple of earnings, benefits based on employee classification or benefits based on the employer pay scale.

Short Term or Long Term or Both
Short Term Disability Income This coverage provides weekly benefits to employees. Benefits can begin after 1 week or after 1 month. Benefits can be paid up to 13 weeks or 26 weeks.
Long Term Disability Long Term Disability will provide benefits after a waiting period of 90 or 180 days and will pay benefits up to 5 years. Long Term Disability can be used to supplement an employer self insured plan.
Short Term and Long Term Disability benefits can be combined based on the employers election.
