Employment Practices LiabilityEPLI coverage will respond to damages arising out Sexual Harassment, Discrimination, or Wrongful Discharge that arise out of a wrongful employment practice. Wrongful Employment Practice will be defined by the
policy but may include items such as: relations with employees, interviewing,
hiring or refusing to hire anyone who applies for employment; or, decisions to
hire, promote, discipline or fire employees. Coverage will generally not respond to claims arising from professional services, bodily injury property damage, expected or intended events, willful violation of laws and orders, retaliation, ERISA COBRA and WARN Act Liability, Workers Compensation etc. What coverage is provided under the Dentists
Advantage Program?
Is a higher limit available? Higher limits are available, however the primary coverage will be deleted and replaced with the coverage provided by the separate form. This coverage will include a mandatory $2,500 deductible. Increase limits available are: $100,000; $250,000; $500,000 and $750,000. The premium is based on the limit of liability selected and the number of employees. Please contact us for specific information based on your needs.
